babywishgift.com (BabyWishGift) is a software-as-a-service platform that lets parents-to-be create and share gift lists for baby showers and related events, with an anti-duplicate reservation system and purchase confirmation by guests.

The operator owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the website and its content (source code, graphic design, text, images, logos and trademarks). These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display the site's content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. The content of gift lists (gift names, images, event information) belongs to the Host who created it, who grants the operator a non-exclusive license to store and display it as part of the service.
